Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed, followed by a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to:

P.O. Boxes (for Express and Priority shipping)
APO/FPO addresses (military addresses)
US Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.)

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during shipping:

Provide your order number and tracking information
We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package
If the package cannot be located, we will send a replacement at no charge

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately.

Signature Requirements

Orders over $200 may require a signature upon delivery for security purposes. If you won't be available, you can:
